Children’s Beehive Alive
Be careful, Don’t get buzzed
The youngest player starts the game by spinning the spinner and following the directions indicated by the spinner arrow. Each player only spins once per turn. When a player spins ‘hunt for honey’ the player takes the honey dipper and inserts it into the beehive as far as it will go and then pulling it slowly back out. If the dipper had collected a honey ball, the player spills the honey ball out of the dipper and placed it on to the playing surface or holds it in his/ her hand. The honey ball is not placed in to the players honey pot at the time. The player must decide if he/ she wants to continue dipping for honey or stop. If a player decides to stop, the honey balls that he/ she has collected are placed in his/ her honey pot and his/ her turn is over. If a player decides to continue dipping the player can continue trying to collect honey balls as many times as he/ she wants so long as the player does not collect a bee ball. If the dipper has collected a bee ball, the honey dipper will begin buzzing in the players hand and the players turn is over.
The first player to collect six honey balls in his/ her pot is the winner! With electronic buzzing sound!
