Allen Road is a quiet residential tree lined street situated in a great location within easy reach of the many shops, bars, restaurants and coffee houses of Stoke Newington Church Street. There are two cafes, a yoga studio, pub, an excellent pizza place and a convenience store all on our street.
Transport links include Dalston Kingsland Station (Overground & East London Line) and a variety of Bus routes in to The City and West End.
The room comfortably fits a double bed (included). There is also ample storage space as there is a decent sized wardrobe with a cupboard on top and draws underneath the bed. There is also further storage space on the landing in the hallway right outside the bedroom.
The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, lamp, wardrobe, and small draws. All linen and an electric blanket is also available.
You will be living with an Aussie guy (31) and Kiwi girl (30), both professionals.
We are looking for someone clean and tidy, easy going, friendly and sociable but not a party animal. We socialise as a flat but are also busy doing our own thing and are after someone like-minded.
Bills will be internet, gas and power, council tax, water and a fortnightly cleaner.
I am returning home to New Zealand so my room is the one for rent. Available now but flexible with move in date if you would like to move later in the month or early February.

PLEASE NOTE: our property managers have a thorough referencing process and to pass this you must be earning more than £26k and be able to prove this through recent payslips and a bank statement. You will also need to provide an employer reference and previous landlord reference.
