Free Yoga and Meditation Class in London | Village
As part of the Mala Forest Yoga & Meditation Program you are invited to a completely FREE Yoga & Meditation class. The aim is to introduce as many people within our London community as possible to the practice of Yoga and Mindfulness.
It's particularly aimed at those who have never tried yoga or meditation before and would like to experience them for the first time. Nevertheless, the doors would be open to anyone who would like to join us.
The session would be about 1hr and 15 mins long.
- Asana (physical postures)
- Pranayama (Breath control techniques)
- Meditation & Relaxation

What to wear and bring:
You can wear anything stretchy and comfortable, preferably layers.
Please bring your own mat/ towel. A limited amount of spare mats would be available. First come, first served.
